EVENT: CALL FOR ENTRIES/ FREE FOOD/ PRIZES- Art show sponsored by Subaru

In the spirit of self expression, Allen Hall Advertising and Subaru are inviting students to host their artwork for one night in the Lillis Atrium. The exhibit will be held on Tuesday, November 27th at 7:30 pm. Student work is welcome in addition to photographs of the 100 disposable cameras which were handed out to University of Oregon students for one week. Recently, a t-shirt contest took place; not only will the winner be announced, but we will also be handing out these shirts to the first 75 guests of the evening. Live music and food will also be provided and digital 'live art' is being hosted by our friends at Apple.
We ask that those who are interested please do the following:
email an RSVP to letyourinsidedrive@gmail.com
Send photos of your work you would like to display with a brief description
Upon receiving this information, we will contact you via email and those who will participate will be asked to attend an informational meeting on Monday the 26th from 4-6 pm. We will hold the meeting at 4pm and remain in the Lillis Atrium for those who cannot make the first hour until 6pm.
We would like to host a variety of different work, however; we must warn everyone ahead of time that there is limited wall space and no installations can be accommodated if there is chance of any permanent damage, so please choose your pieces accordingly. We will have a few walls we are bringing into the space and they will be distributed at a first-come/need basis. We will also be able to provide some tables and some aisles. If you are interested in participating, we recommend that you take a look at the Lillis Atrium ahead of time and think creatively to display your work.
We are very excited to hear from you and look forward to the upcoming evening!
Cheers,
AHA+
UO Subaru team
